2. What we collect

This website is a product showcase. There are no online purchases, no shopping cart and we never ask for payment details.

• Data you give us: if you call or email, we process your phone number, email address and whatever you include in your message, in order to answer you.
• Data collected automatically: IP address (truncated by the analytics tools), device and browser type, pages visited, traffic source and interactions such as clicks on the phone number.

We do not collect special categories of data and we take no automated decisions with legal effect on you.

3. Cookies and measurement

Analytics and advertising cookies are set ONLY after you consent through the banner. Until then no measurement cookie is stored — we run Google Consent Mode v2 with every category denied by default.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser; the banner will appear again.

4. Legal basis

• Neon Inc. — content database (Frankfurt region, EU).

We never sell or trade personal data. Where a provider's parent company is established outside the EU, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
• Correspondence (emails, appointment notes): for as long as your request is open and up to 5 years where tax or evidential rules require it.
• Your cookie choice: until you clear it from your device.

• Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
